• Maintenance Contract estimates are available upon request. The estimated cost will vary depending upon printer components and accessories. Any travel expenses will be included in the estimate.
• In addition to preventative maintenance services, Printer Maintenance Contracts also include priority response services in the event that a printer under contract experiences a failure.
• Printer Maintenance Contract agreements typically run for a period of one year. They provide service on specific printers on a planned maintenance schedule that is specified by the customer.
