The server parts portion of a Critical Care Agreement utilizes HP's Spare Parts Depot. Through the Spare
Parts Depot (access agreement required), Tushaus can obtain HP file server spare parts within four hours
of troubleshooting and the determination of which parts are necessary for solving the problem.
