Sharepoint Analyst/Solution Lead

The other person must be an expert in the technical implementation, customization and integration of SharePoint at an enterprise level.  These are not entry level positions.  6-10 years of relevant professional experience and 2+ years of SharePoint experience is required.   Other desired skills include:

·         Leadership and Mentoring experience

·         Willingness to share your experience by contributing to blogs, writing white papers, and delivering SharePoint training

·         Hands-on experience with MOSS 2007 and WSS3.0

Director of Information Technology - Client Site
 

Primary Function

The primary function of the Director of Information Technology is to lead and manage the activities of our client’s Technical Services team to ensure maximum customer satisfaction while maintaining the productivity and profitability of the company overall.  The Director of IT will make recommendations and participate in the definition and execution of corporate goals, cascading those goals downward to supervisors and direct reports.  The Director of IT will assume the lead role in addressing and resolving issues related to services delivery provided to the client.  This position will play a key role in the overall relationship with the client and the client’s strategic partners and vendors.

 

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree (B.A., B.S.) from four-year college or university in IT, Computer Sciences or related field; Minimum two years related management or project management experience; or equivalent combination for education and experience.

Mac Service & Support Technician
  Currently, we are seeking an experienced Mac Service & Support Technician for our downtown location. This is a part-time position (20-30 hours/week) that may eventually ramp up to full-time. Job Description:

Currently, we are seeking an experienced Mac Service & Support Technician for our small downtown Milwaukee office. This is a part-time position (20-30 hours/week) that may eventually ramp up to full-time. This position will primarily be responsible for break / fix bench work and interfacing with clients and customers, both on the phone and in person, to assess their needs, recommend solutions, and resolve technical issues. Specifically, this includes, but is not limited to, the following:

  • Completing warranty and non-warranty repairs on Apple hardware;
  • Installing, configuring, and replacing Macintosh hardware and system software;
  • Technical troubleshooting; and
  • Diagnosing and identifying hardware, software, and simple networking issues.

Requirements:

Senior .Net Developer
  Currently, we have immediate openings for Senior .Net Developers to provide Microsoft-based solutions for our clients in both in-house project roles and client-site strategic staff augmentation roles. The size and complexity of the projects are as unique as the1000+ clients we serve.

Enterprise Network Engineer
  Currently, we are seeking an experienced Enterprise Network Engineer to join the Technical Services team in our Milwaukee office. This position will be primarily responsible for providing senior-level enterprise network, WAN and other network-related services and solutions to Tushaus clients/prospects. Specifically, this involves:
  • Consulting with clients/prospects to analyze their technology needs;
  • Designing, installing, and configuring new networks as well as diagnosing and identifying problems with existing networks;
  • Installing, configuring, and replacing network hardware and software, including server hard drives and controllers, I/O boards, modems, anti-virus solutions, network interface cards, communications devices, hubs, switches, routers, UPSs, etc.;
  • Designing, planning, installing, configuring and implementing network operating systems;
  • Installing and configuring software on network servers to coexist and comply with network operating system standards and requirements;
  • Designing, installing, and configuring remote access solutions;
  • Installing, configuring and efficiently utilizing network management and diagnostic software;
  • Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software and WAN performance and compatibility issues;
  • Installing, configuring and interpreting performance measurement software and hardware to operate under the various topographies used by clients;
  • Programming macros or scripts in applications;
  • Performing network administration duties (i.e. creation of users, configuring peripherals, assigning rights, network security, etc…);
  • Managing WAN projects from planning, conception and design, through installation, configuration and implementation;
  • Assisting in the development of technical proposals and quotations (equipment lists and scope of service details) for WAN installation projects; and
  • Supporting sales as a technical resource for product and network technologies.

Requirements:

Ideal candidates for this position will have 5+ years of experience, preferably in a vendor/consulting environment, with enterprise network design, configuration, troubleshooting, and support, as well as the following:

  • Experience with enterprise network technologies, including Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, wireless, security, and VPN platforms;
  • Experience with network management and analysis (sniffers) technologies;
  • A solid technical understanding of network configurations and topographies;
  • Understanding of and ability to communicate the benefits and advantages of using various WAN solutions;
  • Ability to creatively analyze and implement timely solutions to meet client requirements;
  • Ability to independently manage the scope and outcome of all assigned tasks and projects by the given due date, with a high degree of customer satisfaction;
  • Exemplary customer service, communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Certifications such as CCNP, CCNA, CCIA, MCSE, etc. are a definite plus!

Project Leader/Developer
  The qualified candidate will have 3 to 5 years of professional experience developing Internet applications and at least 1 year experience leading a project team in defining requirements, estimating, designing, and testing PC or Internet applications in a Windows environment. Computer Operator
 

COMPUTER OPERATOR

 

We have an immediate need for an experienced Computer Operator to work onsite at our client’s location in Wauwatosa.  Expertise in Windows XP workstation and the Microsoft Office suite of products is required. This position is primarily responsible for running jobs on the client’s IDX/Centricity system – per specific written protocols – in order to generate precise, accurate, and quality output for the client.  Secondary duties involve providing after hour support on the help desk phone lines.

Additionally, this position is responsible for:

 

·         Printing and shipping generated output to various client departments;

·         Identifying, analyzing and resolving system production problems to avoid incorrect or delayed output generation;

·         Manipulating production schedules accordingly when issues occur to mitigate the disruption of other schedules;

·         Communicating system and production issues, as appropriate, to keep users, co-workers, and managers informed;

·         Assisting with the rotation and storage of backup tapes; and

·         Receiving and responding to after-hours helpdesk calls – employing escalation procedures as necessary.

 

 

Requirements:

 

To be considered for this position, candidates MUST be:

 

·         Willing and able to work Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and every other Saturday from 7 PM to 7 AM (schedule is non-negotiable);

 

·         Dependable and reliable – this is of utmost importance!

 

·         Flexible –  willing to cover co-worker shifts in the case of illness or vacation

 

·         Able to work with minimal supervision and complete shift duties on time

 

·         Able to lift up to approximately 50 lbs. (a full box of paper)

 

·         Familiar with all common Microsoft applications (experience with Citrix and Alpha VMS is

      helpful, though not required)

 

·         Help Desk experience in a Microsoft environment a plus
