Medical Insurance
Tushaus understands that our employees lead different lives, so naturally, everyone has very
different health coverage needs. Therefore, we provide a health care program through UnitedHealthcare
that offers employees a choice between three different coverage levels. Your contribution as an
employee will be determined based on which plan you choose. This choice of levels gives you the
opportunity to get the coverage that is most in harmony with your life. You are eligible to enroll
the first of the month following your date of hire.
Dental Insurance
Tushaus provides a voluntary dental plan with Guardian. You are eligible to enroll first of
the month following your date of hire.
401(k) Profit Sharing Plan
Tushaus understands the importance of investing for the future. Therefore we provide a
comprehensive choice of funds for your pretax investments through the company 401(k). You are
eligible to enroll the first of the month following date of hire and have the flexibility to
change your deferral the first of any month following. The plan offers investment fund choices
for each participant to select from. In addition, the company provides a percentage match each
pay period in which you contributed based on the previous year’s profitability.
Stock Options
Tushaus rewards outstanding performers with stock options. This important company benefit provides
all employees the opportunity to participate in the exciting growth opportunities of the company
through stock ownership.
Long Term Disability Insurance
If you become disabled while employed at Tushaus, long term disability will help you maintain your
current way of life while you recover. If you work at least 30 hours a week, you will be enrolled
the first of the month following date of hire and will be eligible to receive 60% of your monthly
earnings to a maximum benefit of $6,000 per month after the elimination period.
Short Term Disability Insurance
For a minimal cost, Voluntary Short-Term Disability is provided to eligible employees to help you
maintain your current way of life while you recover from an injury or illness. If you work at least
30 hours a week, first of the month following date of hire, you will be eligible to receive 60% of
weekly earnings to a maximum benefit of $1,500 per week after an elimination period.
Cafeteria Plan 125-Flexible Spending Accounts
Tushaus offers flexible spending accounts to potentially reduce an individual’s income tax liability
by allowing employees to defer pre-tax dollars toward medical and dental co-pays, deductibles, day
care and individually owned insurance policies. You are eligible to enroll first of the month
following date of hire.
Volunteer Term Life Insurance
To help you protect the things you value most, Tushaus offers voluntary term life insurance
through Guardian. On the first of the month following date of hire,
you may elect coverage for Life Insurance up to $100,000 for yourself, $25,000 for your spouse
and $10,000 for your children.
YMCA Reimbursement
Tushaus participates in the YMCA Corporate Group Membership Program. The YMCA offers a variety of
discounts on joining fees and/or membership fees to Corporate Group Members, plus Tushaus reimburses
full-time employees half of a single membership fee at the end of the year.
Tuition Reimbursement
Tushaus will provide educational assistance to regular full-time employees after completing 90
calendar days. Individual courses or courses that are part of a degree, licensing, or certification
program at an accredited institution that are related to an employee’s current job duties or a
foreseeable-future position in the organization will be reimbursed 100% for a “B” or better and 75%
for a grade of “C” or better to a maximum of $260 per undergraduate credit and $325 for graduate
credit. Up to six (6) credits per semester and twelve (12) credits per calendar year are eligible
for reimbursement. Prior approval, receipt of course costs and verification of grades are
required.

This program is designed to express appreciation for excellent performance. Outstanding employees
not only ensure the success of Tushaus, they also foster a better work environment for everyone.
Paid Time Off (PTO)
Tushaus offers a very flexible Paid Time Off benefit, allowing employees to use time off ahead
of accrual in increments as small as a ¼ hour after the 1 hour minimum. PTO accrual begins the
first of the month following date of hire. Most new hires enjoy 14 days pro-rated the first year,
through year four of their employment. Annual allotment determined by years of service thereafter.
Unused PTO at year end can be paid out the following January up to forty hours.
Holidays
Tushaus observes the following paid holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day,
Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Flex-Time
After meeting customer and business requirements, flex-time is available to allow you flexibility
in scheduling your personal commitments.
Employee Referral Award Program
This program is an employee incentive program designed to pay a $1,000 award to an employee who
refers a candidate to a qualified open position and that referral is hired.
Employee Certification Award Program
This program is designed to reward employees for increasing their knowledge in specific technical
areas by achieving certification in designated certification programs. This benefits the employee,
the customer base and Tushaus Computer Services.
Company Social Events
Tushaus recognizes the hard work and commitment of its employees. We host several outings to bring
our entire staff together because, with busy schedules, the entire staff doesn't always have the
opportunity to stay in contact with each other. These include holiday parties, company picnic,
employee appreciation meetings and others.
Computer Hardware and Software Products Purchases at Cost
You are eligible to purchase computer products at our internal cost for your personal use.
Remote Connectivity/Free Internet Connection
Tushaus has a direct 10Mb connection to the Internet and provides 56Kb dial-up and ISDN for remote
connectivity.
Casual Smoke-Free Work Environment
Our work environment is generally casual, depending on the customer and business
requirements.
