Apple Warranty Service
All Apple hardware products come with a one-year limited warranty. This warranty does not cover repairs due to user error, software problems, or out-of-warranty products. If you have questions, please refer to the warranty statement that came with your Apple product.

What You Need to Bring
When you bring your Apple product to us for warranty repair, be sure to include a valid proof of purchase, as well as any Apple Case Numbers. It's also a good idea to call ahead so you know what hardware to bring - if your monitor needs repair, chances are you don't need to bring your keyboard, mouse or cables.

An extended warranty is available from Apple Computer. The AppleCare Protection Plan provides three years of service and support for your new iMac, iBook, Power Mac, or PowerBook business partners'
